APPOINTMENT APE

Terms & Conditions

Appointment Ape LLC · Effective date: July 14, 2026

These terms govern use of appointmentape.com and the services of Appointment Ape LLC ("we," "us"). By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

Our service

Appointment Ape provides appointment-setting services to home-improvement contractors. Contractors direct their purchased leads to us; we contact those homeowners on the contractor's behalf to schedule the estimate the homeowner requested. Contractors are billed per appointment set, per the rates agreed in their service agreement.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program description: Appointment Ape sends text messages on behalf of participating home-improvement contractors to consumers who have submitted a service or quote request through a home-services platform (such as Angi, Fixr, or Thumbtack) or directly to a contractor, and who consented to be contacted about that request. Messages relate to scheduling, confirming, and following up on the requested estimate.

How consent works: Consent is collected when the consumer submits their service request through the lead platform or contractor and agrees to be contacted by the contractor and parties working on the contractor's behalf. Consent is never a pre-checked box, is not a condition of purchase, and can be declined or revoked at any time. We retain records of consent.

Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@appointmentape.com.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calling hours & compliance

We contact consumers only between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the consumer's local time zone. Phone numbers are screened against the National Do Not Call Registry, applicable state registries, and our internal do-not-contact list before outreach. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.

Contractor clients

Billing is per appointment set, as defined in the contractor's service agreement (an appointment is "set" when a homeowner books a specific date and time for the contractor's estimate). Invoices are issued monthly. Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of lead-source consent representations for leads they direct to us.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website or our services for unlawful purposes, to submit false information, or to send us leads lacking valid consent to be contacted.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website and services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appointment Ape LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
